Roasted Shrimp with Bloody Mary Sauce

Ingredients

  • 30 large shrimp, uncooked, peeled, with tail shells left on, deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon, cut into 8 wedges
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp vodka
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp ground pepper

  • Heat the oven to 400F and in a 15×10-inch pan with sides, then stir in together shrimp, oil, rosemary, and lemon wedges. Then sprinkle with salt and pepper, then bake 6 to 8 minutes or just until the shrimps are pink.

Stir the ketchup, the garlic, the horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, vodka, and the lemon juice until blended. Then serve with shrimp.
